50c 2016 50th Anniversary Decimal Currency MINT ROLL
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Australian Decimal Currency the Royal Australian Mint has struck official mint rolls of all six 2016 commemorative uncirculated coins.
The Fifty Years Changerover 50c features a reduced effigy of Queen Elizabeth II with a representation of the pre-decimal shilling struck from 1937-1963 on the obverse.Ā
This is theĀ first time everĀ that aĀ commemorativeĀ 5 centĀ andĀ 10 centĀ have been struck for circulation!
There will be a maximum mintage of 5000 rolls of each denomination.
