This coin was made available to the public using the Canberra Mint's 'strike your own' gallery press. A small 'C' mintmark is located on the reverse to the right of the ribbon fold. A Bluebell counterstamp appears in the field above the '1' in the date.
The coin is enclosed on a colourful cardboard card. The issue limit of 15 000 was not reached with the mintage declared at 6 050 specimen uncirculated coins.
The Bluebell the Australian Capital Territory's floral emblem was used on this coin to mark the autumn 'Enlighten' Canberra Festival held during March 2012.
