The 1993 Landcare dollar was initially available only at the Royal Australian Mint housed in a clear plastic satchel showing the Mint building. 

Struck in 1993 to help raise awareness of water quality issues the Royal Australian Mint, Landcare Australia and BBC Hardware combined to initiate a 'Clean Rivers' project which was partially funded by the release of uncirculated Landcare dollars each mounted unsealed on a special see-both-sides presentation card.
